In this session, school personnel will be introduced to the importance of building equitable relationships with students, in relation to teaching and learning. School personnel will be introduced to strategies, concepts, and knowledge that is designed to enhance educator’s ability to build equitable relationships with students. Participants will be exposed to strategies, resources, skills, and approaches that can contribute to building an equity centered community of learners.
