This session is designed to provide research-based and tangible tools that educators can use to address racial discipline disparities and keep Students of Color in school. This workshop features the insights of Students of Color to offer informed approaches toward designing inclusive and responsive schooling environments that support their specific needs. Educators will participate in interactive activities and work collaboratively to develop effective strategies and solutions that build and sustain an empowering and inclusive learning environment.
